Important Update for EU Customers
From 1 July 2026, the EU has introduced a new β¬3 customs charge on orders arriving from outside the EU with a value of β¬150 or less.
Depending on whatβs in your order, this charge may apply to more than one item type.
This is a new EU-wide regulation and is separate from VAT or any other delivery fees.
Weβll always do our best to keep any extra charges as clear as possible before your order arrives.

Please note that your order total does not include any customs duties, taxes, or fees. These charges are determined by your country's customs and are your responsibility.

Order Cut-Offs
- Orders placed after the specified cut-off times will be processed and shipped the following working day.
- Orders placed on a weekend with next day delivery will be delivered on the following Tuesday.
