Our customer service team will be happy to assist you with any return reason you may have in the most efficient and timely way possible.
Our return policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have passed since the day you received your order, a refund or exchange will no longer be offered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must be in its original packaging with labels attached and in a suitable condition for Closure London to resell the product. For example we will not accept returns that: smell of smoke, are contaminated with pet hair or have stains of any sort. Items should be returned unwashed and in the original packaging.
If goods are not returned in the original condition or are damaged for any reason, and not due to a manufacturer fault, you will no longer be eligible for a refund.
When returning your item, please send this back in a sealed package and you must include your returns form.
Socks and underwear are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless otherwise agreed with customer services.

Once your return is received by Closure London, it may take up to 5 working days to be inspected and processed. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange. When approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, depending on the bank this may take up to 3-5 working days.
If you haven’t received a refund, please firstly check your bank account, or contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. You will have 48 hours from receiving your order to report any issues such as damage or defects to the outer packaging or missing or damaged items within your order. We will not be held responsible for any issues reported after this period. When reporting these to us please ensure you have photographed the issue as we will ask for this to conduct our investigation.
We are happy to exchange any items that are unsuitable, please fill out the exchange section of our returns form and return with your item. If for some unfortunate reason, you receive an item that is faulty, please contact our customer service team on email@example.com and we will be able to assist you further and advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 14 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us for a refund or exchange.
